BE IT RESOLVED THAT, having come to the attention of the Board of Directors of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers that certain law enforcement agents and agencies have knowingly, during the course of investigations, placed the lives of targets of the investigations in jeopardy and, in some instances, have permitted them to be murdered rather than end the investigation.
WE HEREBY APPOINT, Michael D. Pancer and David Z. Chesnoff to form a committee to collect information with respect to these cases and to make recommendations to the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers as to solutions to this horrible situation.
