Uniform Law Commission Model Legislation on Recording Interrogations
The Uniform Law Commission (ULC), also known as National Conference of Commissioners on Uniform State Laws (NCCUSL), provides states with non-partisan Model Legislation. A committee convened to draft the Universal Electronic Recordation of Custodial Interrogations Act for states to enact, which was finalized at the ULC annual meeting in July 2010.
