Annual Election - 2022

NACDL conducts elections annually. In 2022, NACDL will elect thirteen members of its Board of Directors, as well as a President Elect, First and Second Vice Presidents, a Treasurer, and a Secretary.

2022 Election Voting Guidelines

The balloting window for NACDL's 2022 general election starts on Monday, July 25 at 10:00 am Eastern Time, and closes on Friday, July 29 at 5:00 pm Eastern Time.

Election Petition

Any NACDL member qualified to vote may nominate any other qualified member or themselves for an Officer or Director position.
Election Procedures

NACDL members annually elect between nine and thirteen members of the Board of Directors, as well as a President-Elect, First Vice President, Second Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer (in even years).

The following NACDL members have been nominated by the Nominating Committee for director and officer positions in the annual election.
Nominating Committee Submission Form

NACDL members seeking nomination by the Nominating Committee were required to submit materials via form no later than April 1, 2022 at 5:00 pm Eastern Time.
Petition Submission Form

Candidates seeking to run for NACDL offices by petition are required to submit materials via form no later than June 16, 2022 at 5:00 pm Eastern Time.
